Full-time Job Description
- Ensure zero defects on customer products through strict quality controls and process improvements.
- Drive process improvement initiatives to prevent damage during the packing stage.
- Monitor and analyse daily Overall Line Efficiency (OLE) with actionable plans for improvement.
- Oversee the packaging of finished goods (FG), ensuring the right stock is maintained by model and customer.
- Ensure timely availability of raw and packaging materials as per the production and delivery plan.
- Coordinate the transfer of FG stock to PPC and logistics departments for further processing and shipment.
- Ensure cost efficiency across production operations while maintaining quality standards.
- Ensure all material deliveries are aligned with production schedules and quality requirements.
- Ensure smooth flow of materials from suppliers and vendors to the production line as per the delivery plan.
- Foster effective communication within the production team and ensure team involvement in decision-making.
- Ensure proper training and development, including providing Kaizen awareness to contract employees and leading daily operational meetings.
- Take ownership of production performance, troubleshooting issues, and implementing corrective actions.
