- MBA / MHA or equivalent.
- 15+ years of leadership experience in large eye hospitals / healthcare institutions.
Proven experience managing clinical quality + operations + P&L together.
- Comfortable working closely with senior surgeons and academic faculty.
Strong understanding of clinical governance, patient safety, and quality metrics.

- Experience in NABH-accredited or teaching institutions.
- Exposure to high-volume ophthalmology environments.
